John Melick

John joins the Premier Systems team as our Residential Service Department Manager. With a wealth of knowledge and a reputation as a strong mentor and leader, John believes in focusing on solutions—not blame—when challenges arise.



He’s passionate about teaching and giving back, especially when it comes to children, animals, and elder care. Outside of work, John enjoys spending time in nature—hiking, hunting, and soaking in the great outdoors.

We’re excited to have John leading our Residential Service team, bringing with him a steady hand, a servant’s heart, and a solutions-first mindset.
