Michelle grew up on a farm and ranch in Montana before pursuing her BS and MS in Agricultural Relations and Education. After working with the Gallatin County Extension Service, she started a consulting business to support local farmers. Today, Michelle serves as the CEO and General Manager of Premier Air, bringing a wealth of experience and leadership to the team.



Outside of work, Michelle enjoys cooking, traveling, shooting, running, and spending quality time with her family.
